To use Tuplora, a parent or guardian creates an account on behalf of their child. By creating an account, you confirm that:

Tuplora is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, existing accounts will receive at least 30 days' notice and you will not be charged unless you actively choose a paid plan.

Tuplora includes a "Game Time" feature with games licensed from third-party developers (via CodeCanyon). These games are provided for entertainment as part of our study-reward loop. Tuplora does not control the gameplay content of these third-party games but selects them for age-appropriateness.
All content within the Service — including the curriculum, app design, branding, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
Tuplora does not currently allow users to post or share content with other users. Any feedback, suggestions, or curriculum review comments you submit may be used to improve the Service. By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach (e.g. fraud, abuse).
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Tuplora is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms occasionally. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
